They are a great resource for financing. Each state has a few companies that are designated to provide this service to small business. Here you will find a list of all the companies in the United states who provide this service. State Governing Bodies for Health Clubs Most states have a governing body who controls health clubs. They designate things like presales, bonds, insurance, child care, memberships, taxes, etc. Each state is governed differently and it is very difficult to track down which government agency is the controller in each state.
